Unfortunately, your criminal record will not generate if the same email address is used as they can only be used once. If you were to use the same email address it will simply update your profile with the most recent information. As such you would clear your original data.
If it is a surprise you may be best simply not registering your guests or using alternative email addresses of your own or another guest who does not mind. Please do note that this is not essential to your experience so do not worry about missing out if this isn't possible to sort.
