In line with our refunds and exchange policy, if someone in your group tests positive for Covid-19 and you are required to isolate, it is possible to move your booking to another day as long as we are given 48 hours notice prior to your visit. It is important to note that tickets are not name dependent and, therefore, if you needed to gift a ticket to someone else, this is possible. Unfortunately tickets for Alcotraz remain non-refundable in these circumstances.
